Refugee Crisis

The refugee camp in Turkey

Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.” He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. – Psalm 2:1-4

Nothing can stop God’s work as we see in a refugee camp in Turkey. Despite the persecution and sometimes lack of basic needs, there is a daily devotional with new believers in the camp.

“Praise the Lord for this big tent that can hold 2000 people where we can have evangelism meetings!” The kitchen in the refugee camp in Turkey is also nearly finished. From this place food and (living) water can be distributed among the refugees. Pray with us that many refugees will come to Jesus and find the rest and peace they have been looking for and pray that food will be provided and multiplied, like Jesus fed five thousand people with only 5 loaves of bread and two fish.

Then He took a little child and set him in the midst of them. And when He had taken him in His arms, He said to them, “Whoever receives one of these little children in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me, receives not Me but Him who sent Me.” (Mark 9:39-37) This children’s park was put up recently in the midst of the refugee camp in Turkey.
