Marvelous Outpouring in Puerto Rico

Apostolic Breakthrough in Puerto Rico: A Testimony of God’s Timing by Diana Carter.
Puerto Rico has been deeply blessed by the visit of our dear and precious friend, Apostle Jorge Parrott—whom we lovingly call Jorge. This visit was long overdue, yet I truly believe it happened in the perfect timing of the Lord.
For some time, I had strongly sensed from the Lord that this was the season for Jorge to come to Puerto Rico. I felt that God would use him to clear the atmosphere, bring breakthrough, and prepare the way for what the Lord desires to release here.

Puerto Rico has been in a season of promise for many years. Many prophetic words have been spoken over this island concerning a great revival that is coming, even specifically to the west side of Puerto Rico. We had been praying about Jorge and Osmani coming, though it did not work out for Osmani to come at this time. But when Jorge came, I felt the Lord showed me that Jorge needed to come first.
It was as though he was laying the groundwork and opening a door through the spiritual authority God has placed upon his life. As an apostle, Jorge carries an anointing to open the way for others to come through. He helps clear the atmosphere and make room for what God wants to do next. Praise God.
Jorge carries such a tender and beautiful anointing. There is a gentleness, love, care, and lightness about him. There is no heaviness or burden when you are around him. In fact, it is the opposite. Whatever burdens you may be carrying seem to be lifted by the presence of God in him.

There is an assurance that comes through his life that says, “It’s okay. God’s got this.” That is the atmosphere Jorge walks in, all for the glory of God. I know this comes from his deep walk with the Lord, his maturity, and his years of growth in Christ.
Keith and I had not seen Jorge in almost five years. We have been in Puerto Rico for a little over four years, and the last time we saw him was around 2021. Now here we are in 2026, and I can truly say I have seen such exponential growth in him—a deeper maturity, especially the maturity of a father.
During the final service Jorge preached in Mayagüez, a few of us prayed for him. As we prayed, it was not only me who sensed it; another pastor also saw the same thing. There was a strong anointing upon Jorge as a father to the nations. God, in His love and mercy, has poured into him the tenderness of a father: patience, kindness, love, understanding, and the assurance that God is in control.

Jorge brought hope to us. He ignited a fresh flame and new fuel—not only in my life and in my husband’s life, but also in the lives of many people he touched while he was here.
I know everything happens in God’s timing. Part of me wondered, “Why didn’t we bring him sooner?” But I know this was the appointed time. This was the time ordained by God for Jorge to come to Puerto Rico.
He made room for this visit despite everything happening in his schedule—the many graduations, his and Anna Marie’s 48th anniversary, and so many other responsibilities. Yet he came, and we know this is only the beginning. There is more to come. Greater things are ahead.
Greater things are coming for Puerto Rico. Greater things are coming for Jorge and Anna Marie. Greater things are coming for CMM, the ministry, the staff, the family, and all connected to this work. I truly believe a greater time of glory is coming.
We are so blessed and grateful to be part of it.
Thank you, Jorge, for allowing yourself to be used by God and for allowing the Spirit, essence, and glory of the Lord to be manifested through your life every day.
And I want to be clear: we did not just see this during the services. Keith and I hosted Jorge for five days. We stayed in the same mountain home, drove him everywhere, ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner together, and spent day and night with him. What we witnessed was consistent. It was the essence of God flowing through him, all for the glory of God.
It made me say, “Lord, I want to be more like Jesus.” I want to walk in that same gentleness, peace, love, and humility that Jorge represented to us.

Levi’s Angelic Encounter During the Final Service in Mayagüez
One powerful moment I forgot to mention happened on Sunday, during Jorge’s final service at the church in Mayagüez.
Right before Jorge began to share, during the time of worship, my daughter told me that her son—my grandson, Levi, who is eight years old—saw an angel. He saw great wings and fire. A little later during the service, he looked in another direction and saw that same angel again, with wings and fire.
It felt as though the Lord was truly present, and the angels of the Lord were preparing the atmosphere before Jorge ministered the Word. It was a beautiful and powerful confirmation of God’s presence in the room.
Levi had never seen anything like that before, and he was so excited. Of course, we were deeply moved as well.
To God be all the glory. Amen.
Thank you, Jorge. God bless you.
Pastor Rusi is very talented and creative and funny. He made this video.
