Help Keep Life Point School Open for Poor Children in India

Dear CMM friends and partners,

We have received an urgent appeal from Life Point School, a CMM-connected ministry school serving poor children in India.

For the last seven years, this pre-primary school has provided education to children ages 3 to 5 from surrounding villages. Jorge has taken teams there personally to see and inspect this campus and meet Pastor K. Paul and his family. We also spoke in the Bible School, training many pastors in tribal areas of India. Many of these precious children come from poor families with no transportation, bad roads, and very limited access to early education. Through the compassion and support of CMM partners, this school has helped provide free education to 1,000 poor children and prepare them for higher classes.

This is not just education. This is Gospel love in action. This is giving children dignity, hope, structure, care, and a future.

What Life Point School Provides

Through this school ministry, children receive:

  • Free pre-primary education for poor village children
  • Safe transportation by school bus from surrounding villages
  • Textbooks and notebooks
  • Two pairs of clothes each year
  • One meal during the school day
  • Care, love, prayer, and Christian witness
  • Preparation to continue into higher education and hostel/boarding school opportunities

For many of these children, this school is the first open door toward a better future.

The Urgent Needs Right Now

The school is facing several immediate needs. Instead of closing the school, they are asking CMM friends and donors to pray and help.

Immediate Ministry Needs

  • Monthly school operating budget: $500 per month
  • Completion of school toilets: $510 one-time
  • Renewal of school bus papers: $1,100 one-time

The one-time urgent need for the toilets and bus papers is $1,610.

Including one month of the school budget, the total immediate need is $2,110.

Why the Toilets Matter

For seven years, the children have had no proper toilets at the school. The children have had to go outside or into the bush. This is not safe, healthy, or dignified.

Completing the toilet construction will help provide:

  • Better hygiene
  • Greater safety for the children
  • Dignity for young boys and girls
  • A healthier school environment
  • A stronger foundation for the future of the school

This is a practical need, but it carries deep Kingdom value.

Why the Bus Papers Matter

The school bus is essential. Many of the children live in surrounding villages where the roads are poor and transportation is not available. Without the bus, many children simply cannot come to school.

Renewing the bus papers helps keep the children coming safely to school and allows the ministry to continue reaching families who otherwise may be forgotten.

How You Can Help

Would you prayerfully consider giving toward one of these needs?

  • $25 helps provide school supplies
  • $50 helps with food, clothing, and school needs
  • $100 helps keep the school operating
  • $510 completes the toilet construction
  • $1,100 renews the bus papers
  • $500/month helps sustain the monthly school budget

Every gift matters. No seed sown into these children is wasted.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 19:14
