The Lord is unstoppable and limitless, and His love for each one of us overshadows every trial and circumstance we may face. In a world of uncertainty, the call to serve the Lord remains unwavering. We are in awe of Him as we see what He placed in each one and how He beautifully connects us for His purpose and glory. CMM.World-ordained ministers are beacons of light, carrying diverse gifts, callings, and talents that advance the Kingdom of God globally. As part of the CMM Global Family of Ministers and Messengers of Fire, these dedicated servants exemplify faith, love, and spiritual excellence. I want to honor the many attributes that make CMM.World ministers are unique and the critical role they play in serving the Lord and impacting communities worldwide.

I am so thankful for all those who serve on our staff (mostly volunteers), faithfully ministering to the fields of prophetic ministry, healing teams, intercessors, web and IT services, fundraising, administration staff, communications, appeals, and more in the 70 nations we serve.

The Divine Calling to Ministry

The call to ministry is a sacred invitation to partner with God in advancing His kingdom on earth. Each minister in the CMM.World network carries a unique anointing to serve, guided by divine purpose and fueled by the Holy Spirit. Being ordained by the Lord, before the world began, to serve signifies a commitment to uphold Biblical truths, shepherd God’s people, and spread the gospel to the ends of the earth. The ordination process is not merely a ceremonial act; it is a divine commissioning, empowering individuals to step into their God-given roles with authority, wisdom, and compassion. Remember your commissioning! Phil. 2:3-4

The Many Gifts of CMM.World Ministers

1. Apostolic Leadership and Church Planting

Many CMM.World ministers walk in apostolic leadership, establishing churches, ministries, and missions in regions desperately needing the gospel. Their pioneering spirit enables them to plant seeds of faith in communities, provide spiritual leadership, and foster growth in the Body of Christ. Hearing and knowing the voice of the Lord, by the Holy Spirit, is very dear to our hearts and we all see the utmost necessity to hear His voice, declare His Word and Spirit to a broken world. You are each a messenger of His light and beauty of holiness.

2. Prophetic Insight, Evangelism, and Intercession

As we move further in the end times, it is essential to hear and know the voice of our Lord. ‘1 Cor. 14:31 “For you can all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be encouraged. ³²And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. ³³For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.” Your prophetic voices bring encouragement, correction, and revelation in a courageous faith action of obedience. You stand as watchmen over nations, interceding for global revival and delivering timely messages from the Lord.

We regularly do prophetic round tables, councils, training conferences, and invite you to contact us if you would like to participate. We offer prophetic training occasionally. If you are interested, please let us know.

3. Teaching, Impartation, and Biblical Scholarship

Teaching ministers within CMM.World are equipped with deep Biblical understanding and depth, imparting wisdom and revelation to believers as well as non-believers. They disciple new believers, train leaders, and cultivate sound doctrine that strengthens the faith of many as they connect with their brethren from many cultures, streams, and denominations. We must remind everyone of their rights as sons and daughters of the living God.

Our CMM College of Theology, now entering our 18th year, offers Christian-accredited degrees globally online. Many students see their lives transformed in the live interaction, revelatory, and experiential classes with fellow students from many cultures, streams and backgrounds. 4. Evangelism and Missions Work

From the beginning of CMM, Sidney and Helen Correll’s vision was to raise up indigenous pastors to reach their own people since they know the culture, language, customs, mindsets, etc. Of course, we have many missionaries who serve in a nation, other than their birth nation. What a beautiful tapestry is CMM, a living organic community, where every thread is vital to the whole. A great number of CMM.World ministers are passionate evangelists, real Jesus lovers, and very prophetic, traveling to the farthest corners of the world to share the love of Christ. Through crusades, street evangelism, and one-on-one outreach, they lead countless souls to salvation.

5. Pastoral Care and Shepherding-CMM Oasis

Pastors among CMM.World ministers is called the CMM Oasis, who nurture, pray for, and support each other. Often, shepherds deal with issues that we don’t feel comfortable sharing with church members. The CMM Oasis is a place where we can meet together online and share our trials and our joys, ask questions of fellow members and seek guidance, led by the Holy Spirit in a safe, trusted environment. Being a pastor is one of the hardest jobs anywhere. We need each other for help, prayers and encouragement as you guide the flock with love and patience. Let us know how we can help you.

6. Healing and Deliverance Ministries

Many ministers are gifted in healing and deliverance, operating in God’s supernatural power. They pray for the sick, cast out demons, and bring freedom to those bound by spiritual oppression, demonstrating the miracle-working power of Jesus Christ.

7. Worship and Creative Arts

Worship leaders and artists within CMM.World use music, dance, and creative expressions to bring people into God’s presence. Their gifts inspire adoration, intimacy in worship and prayer, unity, and an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit moves mightily.

8. Humanitarian, Disaster Relief, Stopping Human Slavery and Social Justice Work

Some ministers serve as advocates for the marginalized, running orphanages, feeding programs, and shelters for the homeless. They extend the love of Christ through acts of compassion and justice, reflecting the very heart of God.

This is a hard season for the church, but it is so needed that much is being exposed. Jorge shares from experience in meeting many leaders, both in ministry and in the secular, in 65 nations. Over a 40-year period, he has met many leaders, both good and bad, who have been in the marketplace and in ministry. As shepherds, we have a heavenly responsibility to obey the Lord, with love and truth. Philippians 2:3-4 admonishes believers: “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit.
