Victorious Faith in Impossible Situations
Greetings to our beloved CMM Ordained Ministers,
As we look around at the challenges and crises unfolding in the world today, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. But let us remember—we are destined for now! God has prepared us for this time and this season. He is calling His chosen ones to stand firm in victorious faith—faith that transforms nations and changes destinies.
Note of Safety Warning: To protect our friends in this region of Asia, do not share publicly this information. Please pray for David Joy in Myanmar, leader of Prophetic Revolution Ministries, and the many friends, ordained ministers of CMM, graduates, and students of CMM College of Theology there. Also, pray for our many friends in Thailand. A few days ago, there was a 7.7 earthquake that tragically killed many and injured many. Pray for this physical and spiritual shaking to see the Lord’s breakthrough for both nations. Comment below what the Lord is showing you in this time.
The Bible is filled with examples of single-minded, unshakable faith that overcame impossible situations. When obedience and faithfulness meet, God moves powerfully. Let’s explore a few powerful biblical accounts that exemplify how the mustard seed of faith, when sown in obedience, brings forth a mighty harvest.
🌱 Mustard Seed Faith That Moved Mountains
1. Abraham: Faith That Laid the Foundation of a Nation
“And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.” (Genesis 15:6)
Abraham left his homeland without knowing his destination, believing God’s promise of becoming a father of many nations. His faith, small as a mustard seed, transformed the destiny of nations and brought forth the lineage of the Messiah.
2. Moses: Unshakeable Faith in the Face of Pharaoh
“By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured as seeing Him who is invisible.” (Hebrews 11:27)
Moses faced impossible odds—leading a nation of slaves to freedom from the world’s most powerful empire. The Red Sea parted, water flowed from the rock, and manna fell from heaven. Moses’ faith, despite his doubts and fears, led to the transformation of a nation from bondage to liberty.
3. Gideon: Faith to Overcome the Multitude
“The Lord said to Gideon, ‘The people who are with you are too many…’” (Judges 7:2)
Gideon began with 32,000 men, but God reduced his army to just 300. This unconventional strategy led to a miraculous victory over the Midianites, transforming Gideon from a timid farmer to a mighty warrior.
4. Elijah: Standing Alone with Unyielding Faith
“And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, ‘How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God, follow him…’” (1 Kings 18:21)
Elijah stood alone on Mount Carmel, facing 450 prophets of Baal. His single-minded faith and total reliance on God brought down fire from heaven, transforming the hearts of Israel.
5. Esther: Bold Faith to Save a Nation
“If I perish, I perish.” (Esther 4:16)
Esther’s willingness to risk her life to stand before the king demonstrated courageous faith. As a single woman positioned in a pagan palace, her obedience and courage saved the entire Jewish nation from annihilation.
🌟 Fruit of Obedient Faith
The common thread in these stories is obedient faith in Yahweh. Each of these heroes faced impossible challenges, but their faithful obedience opened doors for God’s miraculous intervention. They were single-minded and undivided in purpose, willing to lay down everything to see God’s will fulfilled.

Beloved, you are destined for now! Whether you are ministering on the frontlines or supporting from behind the scenes, your faith and obedience have the power to change nations. God is looking for those who will stand firm and believe Him for the impossible.
